Ashley is a Principal of Human Capital Acquisition and Strategy Expansion at The Ricks Browdy Group. She joined Dee Dee Ricks and Robyn Browdy to help expand their successful talent acquisition business. 

Ashley spent 7+ years working at investment banks in different capacities. Ashley began her career as a credit analyst at Citibank, where she underwrote and completed due diligence on both new and existing deals with multiple equity and debt structures for a broad scope of customers. Ashley soon recognized her passion for the stock market and transitioned into the equities side of the business.

On the sellside, Ashley covered Consumer Discretionary, HPC, and Retail companies. She built strong relationships with clients domestically and internationally, including both top-tier Hedge Funds and large Asset Managers, for Piper Jaffray and Jefferies.

Ashley graduated from the University of California Berkeley where she earned a BA in Economics with a concentration in Finance.
