Leslye Faulk is a principle of human capital acquisition and strategy expansion at the Ricks Browdy Group. She rejoined RBG in September of 2019 after working as the Managing Director for the asset management practice at Baystreet Advisors. Leslye has over two decades of experience in the asset management and financial services industries. She has a proven track record in senior-level talent acquisition and team builds across the full spectrum of the asset management space.

In addition to her work, Leslye has been an avid supporter of Partners In Health; a foundation dedicated to providing equitable and preferential Healthcare options to those most in need. Leslye joined as a member of the Board of Trustees for Partners In Health in 2019. Leslye also serves as a member of the board of advisors for L’Arche USA, an organization founded to promote global solidarity for people with intellectual disabilities.

Leslye received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the School of Human Environmental Sciences at the University of Alabama.
